Terms and Conditions for CPD Courses
- Course payments are non-refundable.
- If you cancel a course 1 month before the course, the fees will be held for the attendee until they reschedule for the same training at the next available date.
- If the trainer is unable to fulfil the training due to any reason whatsoever, the payment will be held for the attendee until the training has been rescheduled.
- Partial attendance will result in full CPD points not being awarded as per the rules set out by the HPCSA.
- Zoom trainings are recorded. By participating in the training, you give Salmaan Khader consent to record the training and disseminate the videos in any professional context of his sole profit.
- All videos, manuals and other training material remain the intellectual property of Salmaan Khader and may not be disseminated in any way, shape or form without his express written consent.
